Unreached Peoples Mission

Picture
In 1991 Williams Yindi climbed atop Prayer Mountain in Tanzania, seeking God’s will for his life. When he knelt down to pray at the peak of the mountain, he saw a man walking towards him. The stranger introduced himself as Charles and revealed that he, too, had come to the same mountain to seek God’s will. After five days of fasting and prayer, God gave Charles and Williams a vision to start Unreached People's Mission (UPM). This ministry now supports 154 full-time missionaries and is training many more in its six-month Discipleship Mission Training School. UPM also reaches out to the unsaved poor by offering instruction in eight different vocational skills that can be used to provide for their needy families.
